Comparison of Practice
APBN undertakes an annual benchmarking activity, known as Comparison of Practice which includes analysis of donor, patient and operational performace to identify best practice or opportunity for members to optimise efficiency and cost effectiveness.
There is variation within APBN including populations served, number of collections, collection, manufacturing and testing strategies and it is important to view data outcomes with consideration for members’ local context and focus.
